Dear Fairfields Community,
We are in the process of reviewing and writing our accessibility plan. As a school, we must audit and publish an accessibility plan every three years.
Please can we ask that you take time to complete this questionnaire by Thursday 30th June at 3pm, to help us to form a plan to improve our school's accessibility.
